Changes For The Detective Trilogy

MI10 Media can exclusively reveal today that a Detective Feature Length Special will be arriving on your computer screens in mere months! The news comes 2 months after plans for a Detective Trilogy series were announced but after many production meetings between cast and crew we have now decided that the quality of stories we want to produce this year would be much better suited for a feature length special. And what better way to celebrate 5 years of MI10 Media than a 60-90 minute special of it’s undoubtedly most successful series? Speaking of the decision to make it into a special, actor and creator of the Detective, Lewis Wheelhouse said “With MI10 Media’s 5th anniversary’s fast approaching I changed my mind over the new series of the detective being a Trilogy as the Detective has been MI10’s Big cheese in which started us off professionally and I thought it would be a shame if the Detective wasn't involved in the big occasion so I discussed the idea with the Script Writer and the Bosses of the show and we all decided that it would be great to have one big feature length film clashed together and give it a really good ending.”
Speaking on why this would be the last story for the Detective for a while, Lewis also said “My idea with the Detective is to end it on a high and leave it with an open door so we
can maybe come back to the series in the future and develop it into a much more cinematic
based series and grow a more larger cast & crew so I think it is best for this to be the last
adventure of detective James for a while whilst we work on other projects and maybe after
some time of it being post noted come back to it, however we cannot yet say as of yet
about the future of The Detective or anything but what we can say is that you won’t want
to miss this adventure as we take things up a notch and this makes detective James more
dangerous with the Fall of Many.

“With the movie idea I would like to take the approach into them being mini Hollywood

movies & Give them a more cinematic approach to this movie spectacular. With it also
being movie based you see the difference of an extended time being different from just 1
episode and the fact that we can take it up to creating movie posters and taking really
deep cliff hangers and this gives us a great advantage to creating what I say will be the best Story of The Detective so far.”

Confirmed writer of the special, Ryan Denyer also added a word in: “We wanted to do
something really special to celebrate 5 years of MI10 Media and the Detective has been
it’s biggest series so it went without saying that we were going to do something with the
Detective for that milestone. Me and Lewis have spent days speaking to each other about
the special and we have some really big surprises up our sleeves. Everything comes to a
head here, every question you've ever had about the Detective is answered in this single
episode. There’s a bit of every episode in this special right from the first ever episode ‘The
Holiday’ up until ‘The Boxes of Life’! You will not want to miss this…”
